Returns and Cancellations

• 30-day return policy.

• Returns with original receipt are refunded in the original form of payment.

• Full refund for the price of the product.

• Taxes charged are refunded pursuant to state and local laws.

• Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the product was damaged upon arrival.

• Returned products must be in the same or similar condition as when shipped.

• Personalized/custom items cannot be returned.

• Installed items cannot be returned (lights, fixtures).

• Final sale items cannot be returned.

• Customers must return products in their original packaging or their own equivalent packaging.

• Please contact one of our care team members at help@classiciterations.com for returns.

• To change or cancel an order, contact customer service. Front door deliveries cannot be cancelled as they are processed immediately, but scheduled deliveries can be cancelled.

• Orders cancelled prior to shipping – no delivery fee charged.
