FURNITURE DELIVERY
Classic Iterations offers unlimited furniture delivery to customers within 10 miles of 80223. You will be charged a flat rate based on your delivery area and we will not charge your account until your order has shipped. For accessory items shipped via Fedex and UPS, please see our STANDARD DELIVERY section below for information.

SCHEDULING YOUR DELIVERY
After your purchase, Classic Iterations will notify you that your items are ready for delivery. We ask that you take receipt of them within thirty (30) days. When scheduling, please notify Classic Iterations of any special requirements the delivery team may need to be aware of to ensure a successful delivery. Examples of special requirements may include the need for our trucks to navigate small or narrow roads and driveways, restricted delivery time frames due to local ordinances, gated entry access, proof of insurance for high rises and condos, multiple flights of stares and service elevator reservations.
WHAT TO EXPECT ON DELIVERY DAY
When our delivery professionals arrive, they will unpack your furniture and remove all packing materials before departing. Please closely inspect your items before our delivery team leaves your home. Our delivery team is not permitted to move furniture already in your home or set up electrical equipment, so please make sure you have a space for the purchase cleared prior to our arrival.
Please make sure that an authorized individual is home at the time of your scheduled delivery. This individual must sign the delivery receipt. In the event of any imperfection of the product noted at the time of delivery, Classic Iterations will replace the item or schedule a technician to repair the issue at no charge to you.
STANDARD DELIVERY
Non-furniture items will be shipped via UPS or FEDEX and charged the carrier’s standard rates. If you’ve ordered multiple items, we’ll estimate the best shipping rates based on the fewest number of packages and the smallest containers possible.
OTHER SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION
Please contact us to place an order for APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. We unfortunately cannot process these orders online. Additionally, we only ship to the U.S. at this time and furniture delivery is limited to residents living within 150 miles of our Classic Iterations warehouse located in zip code 80223.
All prices in our source books and online are in U.S. dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices, and delivery rates are subject to change, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of any mis-priced items to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within thirty (30) days of the delivery date with proof of purchase. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for special orders, items that have been installed, or items damaged after delivery and by no fault of Classic Iterations or its delivery team. Upon return, your item will be inspected, and exchanges, credits, or refunds will be issued for the purchase price. Taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with the applicable laws, but delivery fees are non-refundable.
